I love doing my shopping there because of the cheap prices and because its my local pharmacy i go more often, however its a big store but very packed and so many items around. there is also an issue with the service which is very poor.
For me the discount does not out weigh the poor layout, too narrow aisles, appalling service and too many inexperienced staff - who do not know the meaning of customer service.
All too often they've "just run out" of my prescription, in the packaging required, which means either go somewhere else (after waiting ½ hour for them to tell me that!!) or pay the extra for an alternative (same product, packaged differently).
I'll happily shop on-line for other items - but I'm over waiting so long for prescriptions.
I got a family friend that works here, eveb she couldn't answer my Question, she had to ask 2 other Staff members.
Hi CatDidIt, thanks for another well written review which is sure to be of use to members. While we have not visited the store in question, many such outlets appear to be â??tarred with the one brushâ?? when it comes to cramped layout and ignorant staff. Regards, Reeces

Store is small but has so many products most other chemists do not have plus big sales and savings especialy on fragrances and baby products
