As a patient, CWH is a godsend to people like myself that need medicinal drugs constantly. I have got to know most of the chemists personally and some of the staff. They are courteous & helpful & in saying this I mean, I needed to get some irrigation solution & some topical gel, which they didnt carry but ordered it for me... that is a definite thumbs up when other chemists say they cant. The medicine that I constantly have to take is half the price of other chemists and because i dont have a health card its a godsend as my tablets cost me in some instances over $100 per week
They have an SMS service to remind you of what medicines you have to take, which is really good because when I am busy it does slip my mind.
All the staff say hello, & when I get to pick up my scripts the chemists always address me by name

This is a discount chemist store so i dont expect much service. the prices are good for most items but not much cheaper for baby items. i found their nappies to be the most expensive i have seen anywhere but they have a good range of most items eg-bottles, teats etc.

This chemist is definitely like a warehouse where they have way too many items and you can sometimes get lost. They are cheaper than other chemists but I think they need to focus on that instead of providing a million different things in their shops.

Your rates of commodities are best selling,quality is good and service is best.The behavior and dealing of your staff is also very cooperative and good.I have good experience and satisfy from Chemist warehouse,it all have great value.

Chemist Warehouse really is great value. I don't know why people would shop at normal full priced chemist whan Chemist Warehouse have such a great range at really super cheap prices.

i agree the sevice isnt as good,, however the savings made outweigh this factor,, most other chemists provide asssitance upon entering the store,, here you have to wander around a bit and then ask for help when adn i f you cannot find what you are looking for,,,

The service was not very helpful at all, and the prices were significantly higher than I expected - my perscription was $10 more than at My Chemist. The shop itself was also really dirty and not enjoyable shopping experience.

Chemist Warehouse is alot cheaper for your prescription medications. I will save on average $10 per prescription.
