Although they are SLIGHTLY cheaper than other chemists, the service at front desk in non existence, extremely rude and very unhelpful. I asked for assistance as the lady was stocking shelves, she did not even stop to look at me and pointed the item (skin tape) was over there, continuing to fill the shelf, she mumbled "what I wanted it for" it was the tone of her voice and her unhelpful attitude that was disappointing. I couldn't find the item and carried on to buy the couple of things in the basket. Even the front counter assistances are unfriendly. You will be lucky to get a "Hi" more of a "next!" what is wrong with people not offering Customer Service. Have top give credit to the Pharmacists at back, very lovely and helpful and actually shows you where the items are rather than points.
