Today Jan 5, 2022 staff at prescriptions were very busy, under pressure as opening hours were reduced by 3 hours. I was impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude.

I have shopped here many time as the prices are great. Staff are helpful. The only down fall that could be improved is the waiting time with prescriptions.

This is a new style of chemist. You can order in store or online. I ordered online and picked it up at the store. I found their prices competitive and good value. The car park is okay, but it can get busybecause of all the other stores around there. The variety is top notch, and great deals can be had by buying 2 for 1 products. They offer all the same products as a regular chemist like hair care, dental care, footwear, fragrances, vitamins and cough remedies. I spent a good half hour just walking around and browsing. The staff are efficient and friendly too. If you budget like we do, try them out either online or go in store.

Just ordered a number of items from www.chemistwarehouse.com.au for the first time and I am impressed not only with their pricing and special deals but also with their speedy delivery! If your order is more than $99 worth you get free shipping too so if you love chemist products as much as I do this won't be too hard to achieve. The variety on the site is extensive and you can get anything from vitamins to fragrances, hair colours and make up to quit smoking products...just anything you'd find in a regular chemist, even prescriptions! Will use them again for sure.

I first used the Chemist Warehouse chain for its low prices on my regular medicine. I still continue to use them, through the Virginia store, because they have maintained the low prices and offer me friendly customer service with it.

I am making this review on my latest experience at a particular Chemist Warehouse store in the City that I do not usually visit as I live in the country and normally use a different store. The store I visited last month was very slow to dispense my prescriptions, yet there was only a few customers in the store at the time. To their credit however, the were out of one of my prescriptions so checked to see if my usual store had it stock or would get it ordered in time for me when I returned home the following week, now don't ask why but the city store also quoted me an extra $4.00 to what I normally pay for that same prescription. The floor staff member that attended me also needs more training on what products are available. I was after a certain brand of cold sore lip balm that she assured me did not exist, yet I had an all but empty jar in my bag as my example so that I did not get the wrong one for my sister. All in all, I still do recommend Chemist Warehouse as a cheaper way to shop for your general needs
