I live close by and shop in the same shopping centre as the Chemmart. I find the assistance to be good however the prices do tend to be a little on the high side. I have always had good advice from the staff when required

The business has everything you would expect and also has a lotto business. However, the staff are not overly excited to meet your needs and the pricing of products is not competitive with other chemists as they are on the high side.

Needed some advice on a product. I received fast service but the lady did not ask me if this was the item I was after, she just assumed that I wanted to purchase that item. I found this a little upfront as she could have asked me if that was the right product / an ok price.

My son was not feeling well, so I went into the chemist and did not have to wait for assistance. The pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable asked me all the relevant questions and provided me with some medicine for my son. She also provided me with a cheaper alternative, which I took and it worked just as well as an expensive brand.
