I purchased an item and found upon going home I had picked up the incorrect item. I immediately returned to pharmacy with item and receipt in hand to request exchange. Unfortunately they did not have this item. Upon which I was advised I was not able to get an refund only an exchange. I thought that this information was incorrect so I asked to speak to the manager.. well that was when the horrendous and humiliating lack of service began. His name is Alan , he was extremely rude, obnoxious and downright disrespectful. He had no intention of listening to my request and worked away from after his outburst of 'we dont refund you can get a cheque in the mail!" I called Consumer affairs and was advised that they did not have to refund my product. Unfortunately he was even more loud obnoxious rude and disrespectful by yelling at me that now he will do nothing for me.. simply because I rang to check my rights! He then proceeded to yell at me and point at the door and tell me to get out of the store. I have never been humiliated by someone with such contempt. This person should not be in retail he should not be dealing with public and he certainly should not speak! I am sure my small purchase would not have made a difference to his profits, but it certainly has made a difference to my life and to the result that I will never allow myself to be humiliated in such a disgraceful manner. Shame on you Allan not only will you lose my business but those of many others.
