Experienced stylists who care for you and very friendly. Had the best hair colour and foils and an amazing blowdry. Ask for jules if you want a good blow dry. I would sum it up as small neat& tidy salon. Dont forget to try their eyebrow threading and Shellac for $15 .

Excellent Facials... small place but neat & clean. Had a deep cleanse facial and was very happy with the outcome. Very friendly staff who take the time to discuss what is best for you. Finished off with a herbal tea. Will definitely be back.

Walked into the salon & thought Omg but left feeling great. Salon is small but neat & clean. Hair stylists are are great & u get what u ask for. Very pleased and have been doing my hair and beauty there for the last year after I purchased a Groupon deal. Very friendly and talented ladies salon.

Had my full head of foils done, absolutely what I was looking for. These stylists are really good. Amazing job. Had my eyebrows threaded & legs waxed . Found my one stop shop. Small shop but neat & tidy. See u soon & thanks once again.

I discussed with the owner about how I wanted my hair cut, the owner showed me a book and it was noted that I my hair would need to be longer for the style but we would work towards it, I was adamant that I didn't want the sides cut short, this was showed to the person that cut it who then proceeded to hack my hair off short including the sides and fringe which is also very short and cannot be disgusted, she also gave me the coloured foils she thought and not what I asked for. Her attitude to my complaint about the cut was very poor. My hair looks very bad today. She needs to remember who's hair it is and what she thinks looks better is not always what the CLIENT thinks is better. I will never go back to the shop which is a shame as I have thought I had found a one stop hair and beauty shop.

My daughter & myself just had our hair done. Absolute amazing job done. Small salon, friendly staff. Don't b put off by reading bad reviews as I just witnessed a lady who absolutely came in there to give them a bloody hard time. These girls r amazing. I will surely go back. Very good with their work.

I purchased a Our Deal voucher for 1/2 head foils, I had never been there before, I am so glad I found this salon, they have amazing stylists. I was very happy and haven been back for a few more cuts & colours. They are also excellent eyebrow threaders. Very friendly.

I bought a voucher on Ourdeal.com.au for a full head of foils, nourishing moroccan oil treatment and a luxurious style cut and blow dry. I have never been at chenelle's before but I have checked their website before acquiring the voucher. The website looked good and professionally. At the arrival huge surprise was waiting for me. The so called beauty salon is a small, crowded and dirty place. There was no air con ant the place is generally very run down. The was very friendly and pleasant but straight away i could see that there was only one girl with some experience. Regardless I have decided to stay and give it a try. I already paid for it after all. When I asked to have foils done in two colors, blonde and brown I was informed I have to pay extra €35. Big disappointment as I already bought the more expensive voucher to be able to get treatment I wanted. I also explained how I usually have my foils done ( fine and many). Unfortunately the girl that was doing it was a still learning! She tried hard but the plucks of hair was big and uneven and she never took care to apply die on my roots. Eventually I asked her do be more thorough but it was already too late. After washing my hair i suppose to get the treatment but I don't think I did. When the time arrived to give me that luxurious cut and I tried to explain what I want. I end up with my ends cut little bit and I didn't insisted of getting proper hair style as I already knew that she had no idea how to cut hair and was scared to work on my hair. I knew it was better to just leave it instead of getting it wrong.
All in all I paid for all €105 and went afterwards to another hairdresser and got my haircut! The highlights are nothing like I wanted so have to schedule appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. Shame! I learn my lesson and I will never do it again. I do not recommend Chenelle's especially to get your hair done.

I purhcased a $39 Cudo voucher for a facial & eyelash tint. I had never been to Chenelles and though it is not your fancy day spa, I found the service exceptional, warm and friendly staff and although the facial was what I had years ago, with steam treatment etc, it was one of the best I had ever had. If you are after an enclosed quiet dark room with rain forest music, warm blankets etc, this is not the spa for you. If however you are after an affordable facial with Dermalogia products by an experienced and friendly therapist, give Chenelles a try.
