Very good. Phoned today 15/4/11 to book Ed Brady to fix power tripping off (faulty appliance) and he gave me advice for free over the phone saving me money. Said if I continue to have troubles to call him back and he'll come out. Wouldn't hesitate to call him now because of very good service and advice on 1st phone call. Best wishes to you Ed.
