Super-friendly and really genuinely nice guy. Charges are ok too. However, completely unreliable and can be "slap-dash" when he is in a hurry. First job he did for me was great. Second, was atrocious (he painted shutters and they looked like he'd thrown the paint on while running past!) Third job (I never learn) was ok, but took twice as long as he said it would, and he charged me $250 more than the agreed price. Final time, I can't even go there. Never again.
