After one great haircut my partner's hair just got butchered...2 weeks out from our wedding! The hair cut is lopsided and too much has been taken off so who knows how another hairstyle will be able to fix it. If that wasn't bad enough, the salon did not have a record of the appointment that was made a week ago, so because of the double booking, they rushed the cut. At one point the hair stylist was talking on the phone while cutting his hair. When I called up to complain, the hair stylist was quite rude and started arguing that she followed his request to the letter but he specifically asked for very little to be taken off his 4 inch length hair and now he only has one and a half inches at the front and a mullet at the back! Our photos from the pre-wedding photos and photos from the current state of his hair definitely prove our point. To make the bitter pill even harder to swallow, he was supposed to be charged $18 a "Tuesday special" but was overcharged for the terrible cut! We had our reservations about having a "discounted" cut but they did such a supberb job the first time, we were foolish enough to trust them. It should have been a sign to walk out when they'd forgotten his appointment. Don't say we didn't warn you...
