I didn't expect to find a hip little burger joint tucked away on Plenty Road, Preston - but judging by the number of people in the place - hubby and I had to try it out! Hubby got to try two different burgers: The Chew and The Plenty - of which he preferred the Chew. I tried the Vego which was good, and would have been even better if it had a bit more of the lovely condiments on it (eg. guac and salsa). Overall, great place - we'll be back! No frills burger eatery which delivers top quality burgers (the investment is 100% in the burgers, not the surrounds).

The Chew (brioche bun, 190g wagyu beef, cos lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheddar, mustard and aioli – $12.00),
The Plenty (brioche bun, 2 x 190g wagyu beef, cos lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheddar, bacon, mustard, aioli, smoke & dire sauce and zucchini pickles – $16.00)
Parmesan shoestring fries ($3.50)

This was my most recent order.
My burger was fantastic, it required several napkins to help with the extreme juices. The pattie was soft but held together really well, and had a simple but really nice flavour. Great burger pattie-to-bun ratio, and the bun was really nicely toasted, so it really didn't go soggy. And featured noticeably fresh accompaniments of lettuce and tomato, and aioli that wasn't commercially bland.
