Amazing food! Honestly could not fault anything with the food and every dish was delicious! Unfortunately though as the restaurant has set reservation times, I feel the kitchen does not allow for this later time slot and staff came to our table at 9:58pm to advise kitchen was closing (our dinner booking was 8pm!). We were still eating our mains when the bill came out so obviously no dessert or coffee was offered! We were then rushed to pay and abruptly told we had to leave when the restaurant was closing. Suggestion is if you are going to keep these ridiculous time bookings, allow for the same experience for your diners sitting the later time slot….!

Additionally the food is great but the take away service needs to be improved. When you order several items they don't came at once and just sit on the bench waiting for the other dishes to arrive.. hence food is cold even before you take it home.

One of my favourite Japanese restaurants not only in Moonee Ponds but in greater Melbourne. Authentic, fresh and delicious Japanese dishes; discrete but professional, attentive and efficient service; and modern decor. Reasonable prices and free street parking directly outside.

Really good Japanese restaurant. Gets busy, so better book a table in advance. The sushi is really good there and I always have to get a serving of the soft shell crab rolls, very delicious!

The best Japanese reataurant in the Northern suburbs. Excellent quality food at very reasonable prices. The service is also excellent and very attentive. The lunch Bento box is extremely good value.

The freshest sashimi outside of Japan! The prices are spectacular. Especially their lunch menu. $14.50 for a jam packed bento box plus soup and fruit. I crave this place! Its better to book.

Some of the best Japanese I have had, good service. Very small so make sure you book.

a very fresh and deliciously made sushi on the spot...is a place that u must book else it will be hard to get a place. waiting time is a little longer but is worth it. the sushi melts in the mouth

My favourite restaurant...our family dines here approx. once a week. Their service is brilliant and their food impeccable. They are busy all the time and it pays to make a reservation. We order the seaweed salad and the boat...so fresh...so delicious
