the food wasnt of the best quality and the stoor was abit untidy aswell, the staff didnt have good customer service and the didnt get my order right =[

I have been going to this store since 2000 and loved it since. The chicken salt is so good on the chips and chicken. I'm drooling just thinking about having it for dinner.

Chicken Express is a great company but this franchise is pretty poor compared to others. A couple owns this place and no other staff are employed at this outlet and its very empty most of the time.

Not a very populated take-away store, but only makes-to-order. The women who owns the store is very friendly - she generally talks to customers (mostly students) while they're eating (which isn't a bad thing).
The food is great, staff are polite - nothing to complain about with this store.

The Chicken express shop at Prestons is run by a family and when you enter you are treated with respect and courtesy. The food is cooked to order so even though you have to wait a few minutes it is always hot! They have the best chips in Prestons!
