My experience left me in tears. I’ve never been at a salon that was so rough on my hair. When they washed it, I looked in the sink and chunks of my hair had fallen out. I was too afraid to speak up. I’ve never had any troubles with hair loss before, and it was obviously from how they had treated my hair. The price they charged for this was outrageous. As well as this, the staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Horrendous service for high prices.

Went to the Salon regardless of the bad reviews on Google and was disappointed. For the price the quality is mediocre and the service was completely terrible. Would not recommend

Today was my first day in a hairdresser's chair for a hair cut, since I don't know when. I was as apprehensive as a young child starting school. Tom was sincere in his guidance, supportive, and above all honest, so I took the plunge and had my hair cut short.
The style is far better than I had imagined for myself, and I undoubtedly contribute to greater condition to my minimising locks. The ladies were also very helpful and did what they do best, as my angst was obvious. I made a great decision going there, and will return and refer my friends to this warm and chique salon too. Thank you Tom and fine ladies.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience! I went there because I wanted a short haircut. I showed five pictures to the hairdresser to show what I wished. At the end, cut my hair the way hairdresser liked and it turned out much shorter than what I wanted. When I told the hairdresser, this person answered "well, there is nothing I can do about it now".. Nice way to treat a customer... I don't think this is an appropriate answer to a customer that pays YOU! Hairdresser assured that I will love my hair once I get used to it. However, after three weeks I was still unhappy and frustrated because the haircut was done in a s***ty way. As I am travelling through Australia, I'm a tourist, I went to another haidresser in Melbourne and they did the best they could do fix it. They did not understand why my hair was cut the way it was and obviously not with scissors they would expect to be used for a short haircut. I complained to Chili Couture via Mail a few times and asked for compensation as I paid 90 AUD plus 35 AUD for a hairproduct that is useless to me.. The response was that there policy is not to do refunds but to offer a free after service to fix it... I don't live in Perth so thank you for nothing and even if I would, why should I go back to a place that ruined my hair and hope they fix it?? Good luck if you want to give them a try, however, don't expect to be an appreciated customer and to get a good service during and after the appointment. I've been to many salons worldwide, hair and beauty, but this was the worst ever!

The first time I got eyelash extensions was at Chilli Couture, I was so happy. I went to several others after, in all honesty not happy, un even, falling out, ect ect. I would suggest anyone to get them done here!!

I visited Chilli Couture for the first time today after spending the last year trying to find my hairdresser who had left her old salon. I was so happy when I found her and she had opened up her own salon! Go Rachel Walker! Chilli Couture is a very chic salon that made me feel very welcome and the service was excellent from seeing my favourite stylist down to the coffee. Yum! I love everything about the salon. If you want a super duper stylist just ask for Rachel... but book early she's booked out for weeks!

I stumbled across Chilli Couture's site for hair extensions and thought I'd give it a go.. I met with Emmanuelle to discuss what I was after & a week later I was getting some extensions. Because my hair is a bit crazy it made suiting the extensions a little hard.. The first lot that were put in were not quite right but..... what amazed me was how fantastic she was in trying to fix the problem and make me happy. The customer service was really great and I left there feeling really good. I really appreciated the effort she went to in trying to help me. I'll be back & recommending Chilli Couture to all my customers for extensions..

Rachael Walker is hands down Perths (maybe even Australia's) best hairdresser! I would follow Rachael to the ends of the earth to get her to do my hair, but luckily I just have to go to the fabulous Chilli Couture! The salon is about the whole experience, everyone is friendly, happy and all the staff make you feel super comfortable and totally spoilt! The salon and the girls are the epitome of style and provide everything that you would expect of an outstanding salon on the streets of London or New York!

I have been going to Chilli Couture for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always feel welcome and know that I will walk out feeling a million dollars. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Rachel is just beautiful and listens to your needs and requirements and responds with honesty and understanding. I just had my eyelash extension done here. It was a birthday present to myself. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment. When I finally got in there, they started doing my lashes, there was a knock at the door and they just disappeared for what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up banging on the wall to try to find out what was happening. When they came back in they said 'sorry' and I said that it was pretty bad to leave a client on the table for so long. They said "I have a salon to run". I'm still in shock, I've never felt so 'unpampered' EVER. It just felt so rude. I would never do that to a client, but then I would never be 45 minutes late. Last time I got them done at Vanity Beauty, the salon took great care, made me feel like a queen and discussed the aftercare in detail. Chilli offered me a return voucher which had to be redeemed in 12 days or less!!! What an insult. My worst salon experience in over 24 years of salon experiences.
