Ordered dinner from here tonight and went to pick it up to bring home. Man on the phone was very nice and helpful. Once we got home with our order and unpacked it ready to eat, we were disappointed to have found we were missing a vital part of our order - the prawn crackers. Our son was quite upset, and this is not the first time this has happened. When I rang them back to let them know, a lady answered the phone. She looked up our docket and said 'oh yes, you did order some'. I told her this was not the first time this has happened and we had paid for them, she then told me I should have reminded them when picking up our order! Is that not her job??? She said I could come back and collect them, but by the time I drove back my dinner would have been cold, so I said don't worry about it. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

The meals are usually quite nice. Last time we were here I had satay sticks and the meat was really tough and I told them, this time the meat was so tender. Must have just been a bad batch of meat. The rice is really good, not the best I have had but good. The satay beef is really good and hubby enjoys the chicken and season veg.
