We recently had renovations done at our home and chose Choices Flooring, a family owned business, for the supply of our flooring. They have a very extensive range of flooring and carpets on display at their showroom at Alderley. Their flooring specialist visited our home to inspect the specific areas. They then gave us professional advice regarding the best options to choose from and provided relevant quotes.We chose laminate flooring and they were then able to arrange installation by a fully qualified installer. The service they provided was exceptional and the installation was on time and excellent. All in all an outstanding result.

Nice showroom in Burleigh with plenty of flooring choices & samples to look at. There was a friendly shop assistant to help me when I visited the store. Choices Flooring is easy to find just off Reedy Creek Road in Burleigh. There's a few parking spaces out front of the showroom as well.

Service? What service? I'm in a wheelchair so am after some pretty tough hard-wearing carpet. It took ages to even see a staff member on the floor and when I asked my daughter to ask them to help us, she was told they would be over shortly. Next visit she made, 15 minutes later, They were "on the phone". After 35 minutes with not one word to us and my poor 10 year old making 3 attempts to get help, we left.

Called in to get an idea of what flooring is available these days, very interesting and helpful .... if you are looking for a variety of flooring ideas a great place to visit- we spoke with the manger, very helpful : )

We knew what we wanted but was almost impossible to get a staff member to talk to us. The store wasn't busy but it seemed as if the staff just kept ducking out of the store leaving us alone. In the end we left.

When I walked into Carpet Choice I didn't really know what I was looking at until I met a sales person by the name of Dave, who gave me his full attention for the whole hour that I was in the store. I walked out feeling good as I didn't get pushed into buying something that I didnt want. I also got a great deal on my entire house with carpet that will complete everything I own.

I had my carpet laid by the Contractor employed by Carpet choice. The carpet was fairly good quality for the price. But the Contractor was dodgy. On the stairs the carpet did not reach the wall in several locations, and there were 2 razor blades on separate steps sticking up out of the carpet. If I was not vacuuming up the horrible mess left by the carpet layer, I would have never found them until I stood on them.

After spending much time searching for carpets in our price range we settled on this one. However it was disappointing that when there was a problem it was difficult to get someone to come and rectify the problem. It was eventually fixed - but still not quite satisfactory.
