this place is a proper coffee shop. lots of different types of coffee to choose from. also they sell coffee cups & coffee etc. the cafe is really trendy but very busy.

What is it that this place does best. The answer is coffee. If you want an amazing coffee hit, then this is the place for you. The owner and staff are very friendly. It is a relaxed place where you feel at home. It gets very busy on the weekends-the coffee is seriously that good! I also like that you can purchase the hessian coffee bags. They make great wall hangings or outdoor cushions.

There is no place in Melbourne where you will get better coffee. Chosen Bean is Ferntree Gully's best kept secret.

Mostly come here for the GREAT coffee. As a newbie in town, I was searching for a good coffee, somewhere that gave me a great tasting coffee EVERYTIME. Chosen Bean definately does that, AND the owner and his team are just lovely too !!!

I enjoy coming here as it is the one of the few cafes that actually use a loose leaf blend of chai (although you do have to request it).
They make great babycinos and the service is usually pretty quick.

Best coffee place in Ferntree Gully. Handy for local mums to catch up & mums group friendly when you don't want to go to Knox.
Reasonably priced too.

Nice coffee, lovely food, nice ambient, always busy, convenient location. They also offer jewellery making workshop every Saturday between 2.30pm - 5pm, I always enjoy the meal prior to the workshop.
