Late to arrival, move taking much longer than recommended, small vehicle used requiring more than one removal trip , vehicle unable to gain appropriate access to properties at each end reflecting s total lack of planning and due diligence.
Excessive damage to several areas of flooring in new home included polished cement floor and floorboards caused by sliding rather than lifting furniture.
Damage to entrance fencing of new home requiring repair
Failure of company to respond in any format to our complaint
Company was recommended to us however based on our experience a total disrespect of our property was apparent with further ignorance in relation to our complaint
I cannot and will not recommend this company .

Terrible experience. Removal of house contents from Tasmania to Melbourne with storage in between. ( I believe the actual container packing was done well except that they packed a box of my private stuff that was clearly uncovered and not for packing, i have never seen this again). Main staff member (Dion) was extremely rude to my mum and me and I will never forget his behaviour during a very stressful move after my dad died. Stay away .....especially if you are a woman.
