Chris Darby Strata He has failed in all regards of the duties of a strata manager, he didn't even know where my building was located. He attempted to take bankruptcy action after 3/4 of strata arrears were paid and misled other home owners into thinking no levies were paid. He acted illegally and when I spoke up he took legal action and threaten me into silence.   

Chris Darby are the most sickening Strata management company to deal with. I own many investment properties and I haven't seen such bunch of unprofessional people all working at one place. My property manager was trying to get a water leaking issue fixed and they couldn't resolve it for 4 months!!! They still haven’t resolved it at the time of writing this review and I am now losing my tenant as well. Since I couldn’t extract any response from the strata manager I contacted the directors of the company but they didn’t care to respond as well. I cannot imagine anyone running a business in this manner. Please AVOID CHRIS DARBY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Chris Darby Strata run The Creston Building in Wollongong. I think they have been the strata managers here for a very long time. They are located close to the building (only a few blocks away) so they are easy to contact if needed and they answer their phones on weekends (they give the owners number to residents).
