Beautiful staff, clean, friendly and do an amazing job!

I went to Chrysalis Beauty before my friend's wedding for an eye package. I wasn't consulted about what colours I preferred my eyebrow or lash tinting. The shaping was fine, but I ended up with massive scratches on my eyelids because the therapist decided to exfoliate my eye area after waxing. When I later contacted them to complain, complete with photos of the scratches, I was told that the therapist was one of their most experienced and she would never exfoliate after waxing. It must have been my fault because I must have had sensitive skin and didn't tell them. Although I've never had any issues with skin breakage during waxing, since this therapist was one of their most experienced therapists they must be right. And I'm certain that rubbing some sort of granulated treatment into my eye area was definitely not exfoliation. After all, I'm only someone that regularly experiences eyebrow waxing, not an extremely experienced beauty therapist. Nevertheless, after their response implying I was a liar, informing me that any injuries sustained during the treatment were my fault given I didn't inform them about my "sensitive skin" (I never knew I had sensitive skin, but OK) and basically completely ignoring any rules of polite customer service, they did begrudgingly offer a complimentary facial, because after being injured in a facial treatment and then being blamed about said injuries, I definitely want them doing more stuff to my face!

In summary, this was the worst, most insulting experience with a beautician I've ever had. I wouldn't go back if every other beauty therapist closed, my eyebrows were taking over my face and the future of the human race depended on me being well groomed.

Could not be happier with the service and treatments at Chrysalis Beauty, especially my therapist Luciana who has looked after me so well, her expertise and professionalism has been so amazing and my skin has never looked better. She has prescribed the best Dr Spiller products for me skin which have done wonders. She always gives me the best advice for which treatment to have and assists me in the planning of my upcoming wedding. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and so thankful I found Chrysalis Beauty clinic.

The girls at Chrysalis are so friendly and professional. They have exceptional customer service which is refreshing to see these days. They are very knowledgeable and have an amazing skin care product Dr Spiller - my skin has never looked better. I would highly recommend Chrysalis Beauty Clinic. I'm so glad I found you you!
