If I could leave zero I would. This is the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Ruined my piece of clothing and somehow it was my fault. Not even an apology. Go across the road.

This service returned a customer's brand new shirt, damaged, and refused to take any responsibility for it. In addition to this, saying that the shirt was brought in damaged in the first place. If this was the case, they should have notified the customer immediately before dry cleaning it.

Good place to do dry cleaning if you are in the Rose Bay and Vaucluse area. Prices are good and the service is quick. You can bring large items and they also provide a mobile service to ensure you don't need to carry heavy stuff.
