We had our home alarm with Chubb but have since changed to another company. They over charge for service and product. Our alarm was monitored back to base and would most times seem to take some time for them to call when our alarm would go off. If we ever needed to pay an account we would have to speak with someone in India which was so frustrating. I wil say that their staff are very pleasant and always quite nice to deal with which is probably the only reason why Chubb is still in business!
