I have seen two doctors so far at this practice. Dr Dunne and Dr Kerr- both have gone above and beyond and have been the best GPs I have ever been to.
They were both extremely understanding, thorough and went the extra mile to help someone suffering a lot of anxiety.
There's nowhere else I would go now and though I don't have much money I would rather pay and know I have quality care.

I go out of my way to recommend this clinic again and again and specifically Dr. Knapp.

While, I will always ask for my doctor as she remembers me, I have had to see other doctors at the clinic occasionally and have found them to be fantastic also. Up until recently, all doctors were female but there are now one or two males available also. All fantastic doctors.
I try to book ahead, but on the odd occasion that I've needed a same day appointment, there has usually been an appointment available with one of the doctors.

While they do not Bulk Bill except for very occasionally for certain types of visits, if you bring your bank details, they will process your Medicare claim and have it sent straight to your bank account the next day. Saves all the hassle of a trip to Medicare. The saved time alone not waiting in the waiting room is worth the small gap you pay.

I have followed Dr. Jeannie Knapp for around seven years from the original Women's Practice on Richmond Hill to the clinic across the road and finally back to Church Street Medical Clinic which has a number of doctors from the original clinic. She has a somewhat holistic approach and is very good about explaining the nature of illnesses and giving referrals or recommending complimentary/alternative therapies when appropriate. She almost always runs to time, which is very refreshing as no one likes to wait in the waiting room for too long.

I find all the doctors at this clinic to be approachable & down-to-earth as well as definitely knowing what they are talking about. Can't recommend them more.

Great medical centre - fit me in when i needed to see them, even when they had no appointments free. Conveniently, the blood test place is located just upstairs too.
