I have used this company before and were ok. However this year were completely HOPELESS! I arranged an appointment with this company 3 times and all 3 times there was an excuse. The first time they showed up on the wrong day. The second time they phoned due to the rain - which is fine. The third time they phoned to say they had to re-schedule due to a family funeral - fine again. The fourth time not only did they not ring, but they didn't show up again! My husband and I wasted the day sitting at home and there was no message left on our answering machine, no missed call and no courtesy phone call! When I did ring the following day, they didn't even have my booking written in the diary!!! They don't provide a mobile number so if you try to call on the weekend, you get no answer and have to wait until the week day! These people have no idea how to run a business and have wasted my time more than once!
