Certainly it is not the best chemist and does not rank as the best Cincotta chemist either, which is encompassed by good quality products at a great price. I still like their line of products, which is why I chose to shop there regularly.

This is a handy chemist to go to if you are in Carlingford Court. They have all the usual things, a very quiet chemist, so the service is very quick.

I have always shopped at the Cincotta chemist at Merrylands for over 20 years, and as i work at Carlingford, I decided I would go for the one item I needed from the chemist plus fill in my lunch time by browsing, which would usually ends ups with buy more items. Well I was asked if i needed help, I said yes and they helped me find the item i was after, then another staff member asked me if i needed help a minute later while I was browsing i said no i was fine browsing, then she proceeded to follow me around the store. It was like i was about to steal the $3 item and a cheap hair clip I had in my hand. I felt pressured to almost buy, so i did, and left the store feeling weird. So I guess it is not the most accomodating place for browsing, so they missed out on the $45 I spent 10 mins later at the chemist in Carlingford court , where they didn't follow me around. Next time I won't even stop at Cincotta Carlingford. Maybe they should get some security cameras and be less rude and obvious !
