I am a qualified nail technician, however being 34 weeks pregnant I didn't have the patients to do my own nails, so I booked into citi nails for a full set of acrylic nails. The customer service was friendly. The staff was very fast and didn't burn or cut me with the drill. The equipment was clean. The down side was, staff didn't push my cuticles back which meant straight away they looked like they had 2 weeks regrowth :/ I can see that I'll be fixing them myself tomorrow, defeating the purpose of me paying someone else to do them. Such a pity, they would have been good otherwise. It would have taken 1-2 mins.

This was my 2nd time getting my nails done here. Before, I came here to get Shellac nails done. Which was great. The 2nd time I came for it, I got a different nail technician. Staff was a very friendly person, but clearly lacked in experience. Staff took far too long, and couldn't even file the nails properly, which is done very easily, so I am not sure why staff didn't do them properly. Staff applied the nail polish, didn't let my nails stay under the UV light for the normal duration, then applied the nail polish while the previous coat was still wet. I didn't say anything, as staff was very friendly. So I let it go this time. The most disappointing aspect was that, Shellac nail polish, which previously has lasted me 14 days+, chipped after 3-4 days. Which turned out to be a total waste of money.
