As far as utilities go this one is pretty good. You get what you expect, theres no bells and whistles but overall its good. I havent had any problems with them in the past

If you like unplanned outages with no communication or compensation, you better hope you live on a Citipower grid! It drives me bonkers when the power goes down for hours on end and you can't even speak to a real person to find out why. In fact, their website still won't say why it happened. Will they make amends? I won't hold my breath.

Approximate cost: $More than they're worth!
