Leah is an awesome sales assistant, have visited other city chic stores and the service was not as great as I received at Kotara. You feel welcome and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Clothes are great casual and formal wear and the online store is the best! I love shopping at City Chic because they specialise in plus size clothing that is attractive and flattering. I always feel comfortable in a City Chic store because I know it is tailored for plus size women and I will not be judged. The staff are always friendly, too.

The service here is great! Its so good that there is a shop for plus size girls that is fashionable. They don't have to hide and can embrace their curves in fashionable clothes. Most of my wardrobe is from City Chic, and I am constantly checking to see what new stock they have in. Highly reccommended you check it out if you are a size 14-24!
