Great service highly recommend. Have gone back since. Customer service was great which I sometimes find rare these days. Polite and went above and beyond to get me back on the road ASAP
My son had new tyres and rims fitted and 9 days after they were fitted one of the wheels came off while he was driving, causing $3000 damage to the vehicle. On inspection of the rest of the wheels still attached to the car they were all found to be stripped. When the manager was called he admitted that they wrong nuts had been fitted to the vehicle however didnt want to pay for damages. 12 months later we finally settled in court and $600 out of pocket for court fees. I would never suggest this business to anyone as I wouldnt put anyones family at risk either thier lives or their wallets. The manager was very unprofessional and inappropriate in his dealings with myself and my son.
one bad experience doesn't make it a trend, however, your experience is enough for me to steer clear. Thanks
very happy with the service, the shop has a big female friendly sign on the front counter, i do believe this to be true. the time they told me it would take to do the tyres was spot on, very clean shop and cumfortable seat to sit in while you wait
The staff were excellent to deal with, polite efficient and went above and beyond duties to assist. Price was the reason I 1st shopped there and I do not regret it.
