Came out promptly when I was locked out late Sunday night and I had trouble getting anyone to answer their service callout phone line.
Opened my door without damaging the lock.
The charge was quite reasonable considering the job was on a weekend and late at night.
Would ring them again.

Rather rude service and not very professional. Told me if he didn't cut the key properly he would have to charge me for another if I wanted it done. There was an eftpos machine but only took cash. One of the worst businesses I have been serviced by. A rather beat up shop front you can't miss it, or maybe you should.
