The girls here are so lovely, can't speak any more highly of them. They make you feel so relaxed and do a great job

I purchased a couple of vouchers, of course I was sceptical after the reading some of the other reviews. I went in with a open mind, I enjoyed the facial and end purchasing some of the products that were used on me, booked the 2nd appointment as well. it's been a few months since my first visit and I still go back for my facials. Happy customer and thanks Salma for the great facial and eye brow wax ( I get it now why the call you the queen of eyebrows).

I first booked here October 11 without reading the reviews prior to booking. I was freaking out after doing some research because of the horrendous reviews, however I kept my booking. I didn't have an experience like the others mentioned here - the staff were welcoming and friendly and the Shellac manicure I received was better than one I'd paid about $30 more for at a different salon. I've since visited once more and intend to go again this week. It may be true that they use cheaper product, but I suppose that is reflected in the prices but certainly not in finish. My manicures always last 2-3 weeks and look very polished. I have no hesitation in referring someone to this salon and definitely will continue to come back. Seems like the vouchers result in a pretty poor experience so I might consider avoiding those, but the prices are reasonable compared to other city salons.

I have been a customer of City Nails and Beauty for the last 7 years and have always been happy with their service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and offer a great service. I would recommend and have recommended City Nails and Beauty to my friends. I have never had any issues here and they do use very good quality products and my nails always look fantastic!

I've used this salon and service for the last 8 years and have been presented with nothing short of complete professional service. The staff are hospitable and welcoming, I always feel like a valued client when I visit. The work done is of a high standard and quality and I wouldnt get it done anywhere else. DO NOT BUY GROUP DEALS FROM THESE PEOPLE I am so upset. I purchased a facial from them and had to wait 3 weeks for a appointment. I am now unable to make tomorrows appointment as i have a sick child. I wish i never bought this as i have never had a issue with you before but looking at reviews I am shocked you deal with them, I called at 3pm requesting a change of time, before i even told staff that the appointment was at 1pm tomorrow staff said ' you can't reschedule you need to give us 24 hours notice' how did staff know i was only giving 22 hours notice??? I said thats not fair and all staff said that was their T&C and that I couldnt reschedule or get my money back. Staff was so rude. I am shocked. On further investigation I see that this place has awful reviews. I think you should drop them they are a care zero about customer service. If you look at my account you will see I reguarly buy your deals and I have never had a issue. Please can you refund the amount to my account for this scoopon.
