A Kogan “marketplace seller” who won’t respond appropriately to customer enquiries and ignores information requests on purchases. Notify the ACCC and your state based Consumer Affairs of your experiences. Let’s change attitudes and behaviours.
I ordered an expensive game from them which was packed in a plastic bag with a thin layer of bubble wrap. The box arrived crushed and when I placed a claim on ebay, they were hostile and blame Australia Post. Avoid them
Terrible Customer Service and rude messages, not what I would except of a professional company.
They refused to give me a full refund even though I was happy to pay for postage to send the item back and returned within a few days of purchase. Shipping was advertised as free but apparently it was included in the cost of the game. The game also came with dents.
Please don't buy from them, it's better to pay a bit more and get your products from a reputable store that won't try to cheat you.
Approximate cost: $80
Purchased an Xbox Live Gold pass online. Never received and not refunded after they asked for extra money via bank transfer.

Not a great range of games but current and most importantly cheap. They offer free delivery on all games you buy. They are based in Melbourne and if you live in Melbourne also delivery can be between 1 to 2 days. Questions are promptly answered as well.
