Lack of professional & inconsistency of advice provided. Recently, we went to city paver to order the materials for our paving, after providing the area to the sale person, they advise the amount of materials we need so order has been ordered & paid. At this point, we did checked should the amount exceeded the required, can it be returned & amount paid refunded, a "yes" was given. when we completed the job 1/3 (1 pallet) of the pavers remain & we contacted City Paver, 1st person whom answered the phone adviced that there is no refund policy. On our 3rd call to the company, the person that sold us the materials answered the phone, we got a different answer, only able to get half of the amount we paid for and refund is in term of store credit. So, what is the point of getting a store credit if we will not purchase anything more from the store in the future? The remaining paver has cost us $700+, how can a judgement be so out from actual? Are they trying to get more business by providing inaccurate advice?

Went in and order mulch and was able to get it deliveried only a few hours later. Great service, reasonable prices and good range of landscaping supplies including soil, ground cover or mulch, some building supplies, paving products and even artificial turf.
