The first visit to assess our cleaning needs was comprehensive, and a detailed quote for services was provided. Bella and Sean communicated promptly throughout the process, and once we had agreed to engage their services, it has been delivered without fault since. The team turns up promptly for each visit (unlike other cleaners who failed to turn up, and provided no communication), and we receive a text once the clean has been finalised, with any items or issues we need to be aware of.
