I saw Chris at City Edge Physio twice for a long time recurring shoulder injury and got nowhere with it. By the end of the second session it was completely obvious that Chris had no idea what he was doing with this injury and was simply trying to fill the appoinment with unwanted massage, painful exercises and unnecessary taping. Giant waste of time and money.

After a single session with Jake at The Shoulder Joint I was able to follow a short program to full recovery with no reocurrence for over a year now.

Chris was friendly and professional and perhaps he's better with other injuries but... if you have shoulder pain, don't bother coming here.

Awesome team & physios, would recommend. Was fantastic to hear about Chris' time working with Sydney Thunder Cricket
