On almost every occasion that we choose to go the Civic video we are disappointed with their product e.g. the DVDs are scratched and dont work, customer service is poor they are very rude, they do not inform you of overdue accounts. We had $4 owing and didnt realise, the sent our details to crediters who charged us upto $40 for the overdue account.
