I just had IPL photo rejuvenation and it's great. I feel a little sunburnt but no redness present and Claire is great. Loveliest and most attentive therapist. She has definetely gained a loyal customer! If you're wondering about where to go or unsure about what your skin needs, you can't go wrong with this place!

Claire Francoise Prahran were really friendly, professional and conscientious the whole way through - even went out of their way to fit me in when I was late for an appointment. I went for several IPL treatments here with no issue and will definitely go back soon.

The whole environment is relaxed and calming. It was my first time getting waxed and the staff were understanding and accommodating. I didn't have to do any weird positions and the whole time conversation was flowing so I felt at ease, when the wax wasn't being pulled at least.
