Had Dr's appointments across the road, so ducked on over for lunch. Didn't have any cash on us to pay for the meal so asked if we could run a Tab. Not a problem. Leave your credit card behind the counter, and meals and drinks are ordered. We had the lunch time special, rump steak, chips and salad. The steak was good, and cooked exactly how we wanted them. Meals were quick to the table, and the staff were friendly. The air-con was broken, and when we went into the main bar the lady behind the counter (manager/owner I think) directed us into the gaming room as we were quite warm, and that was the only room with air-con. We were told, go in, sit down, enjoy the cool, no need to use the machines. Quite nice, I thought!!

this place is my local. it is a real old little pub with great prices for when you knock of work. the meals are preety good and well priced. also on wed nights they have triva. lots of fun.
