They sold me a solar blanket instead of the winter cover I stated I wanted, then tried to charge me $200 more than quoted (luckily I kept the original quote). They also talked me out of emptying the pool, scrubbing the surface and re-filling, saying they would do the job cheaper by just vaccuuming and cleaning the existing water- then proceeded to charge twice as much as this would have cost if I'd gone the re-fill- and never ended up finishing the job anyway.
