I was dealing with them as an insurance claim, but found they ok to deal with. Nothing out of the box though.

this is no more a small business now, they are growing and will be getting more success because of the quality they present. I am a big fan of them and i bet if you visit them you will be their regular customer after that. their service is excellent too. you would love the experience of shopping with them

I had my wife's wedding ring custom made at Clarkes. The lady who was serving me was friendly enough but quite rude to other customers while I was being served. The ring looked absolutely stunning when they presented it to me & it was exactly what I had wanted it to look like. However when my wife had it cleaned recently, the jeweller advised her that the ring was very poor quality & it probably needed to be melted & remade as all of the diamonds were crooked & ready to fall out. I was not impressed. We took it back to the store but they refused to repair it saying it wasn't worth their while, but if any ever fell out they would replace the diamond. Their prices are reasonable but I'm very disappointed with the quality & service. They don't seem to understand the sentimental & emotional value of jewellery that you purchase in good faith to last a lifetime.

I found a fantastic piece of jewellery that was quite similar to a high end designer styling. However the piece which is made in 18k Gold and pearls is better quality than the more pricey high end fashion option. there products are hand made and designed to my knowledge. Absolutely beautiful
