My partner and I managed to lock ourselves out at 10am on a Sunday morning so had to call Class to get back inside. When we told them on the phone that we had a toddler with us they made it a priority and arrived with half an hour. It only took them a couple of minutes to get us inside and the worker was very friendly.

I wanted a deadlock installed and emailed a few companies - Class Locksmiths got back to me almost instantly! They were able to suggest an appropriate lock and make an appointment for my preferred day. The locksmith who turned up was friendly and when the original lock wasn't suitable for my door, suggested an alternative that would work well. The work was quickly done and the results were good.

My car key broke in the ignition. I booked the car in and was quoted $180 to pull the ignition apart and remove the broken piece still in it. I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me total cost was $70 (had taken less time than expected) and cost of getting new key was only $7.50. Highly recommended.
