Approached salesman with house drawings in hand. Once we picked the model we thought we wanted, we were told a quote would sent via email in the next few days - no "ball park" figure was mentioned, and we were completely in the dark as to cost, EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD HIM WE WERE PURCHASING THAT DAY! A emailed quote arrived 3 days later - too late for the builder - we eventually THE SAME DAY AS THIS BUSINESS WAS APPROACHED - found a similar model $2500 cheaper AND CONSEQUENTLY BOUGHT IT!
