I have ordered from this business many times and always received the items on time and in good order.
He can be hard to contact as I believe he is only a small business servicing many people.
He made one mistake on an order that should of had a 10% reduction on one item and he contacted me before the order had arrived to me and gave me his direct number to call when I made my next order and he applied a discount to the whole order. You cannot get much better that that.

Always happy with the service. I know the guy is working alone and servicing half of Australia, that's why sometimes it's difficult to contact him. However he's always at his shop, very friendly when met in person.

And when he finally sent the part it was the wrong one he sent me.
I sent it back and now he won't respond, won't refund my money or the return postage, won't sent me the correct part.
Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere it may cost you more money but it will be a lot less of a headache.

I should have looked at this web page before I purchased from Classic Vee Dub. My purchase was missing a $20 item from the order and despite numerous e-mails on my behalf and one e-mail reply from [redacted name] there is still no sign of the part in question or any more replies to my frequent (polite) requests.
As a result of no communication from CVD I put the issue into the hands of NSW Fair Trading and guess what...... they did not get any reply to their request for his side of the story. Short of taking this through the court system there is no hope of getting either my part or any response from this company. I will never deal with them again and will be strongly recommending others to do likewise. Extremely disappointing.

ordered september 2016. Countless phone calls and promises from [redacted name], still no delivery. We flew to Sydney in October 2016, and visited them. Once again [redacted name] promised i will have the items within a month. After too many phone calls and emails to count, still no reply. The phone number is often engaged signal. We are now end of May 2017, and still nothing. will never deal with them again

Don't waste your time. Placed an order online with Classic Vee Dub on the 23/12/2016 for $900.00 worth of parts, left it 4 weeks before trying to contact them to see how my order was going, some 30 phone calls and 2 emails later no response what so ever. (Not the first time i have been disappointed by CVD.)
Placed same order out of USA and received full order in under 3 weeks costing slightly less including freight.
Would have much preferred to support a Australian company.

Seems to be a recurring theme.
I ordered parts in Nov 2015.
Parts not sent & no one answers the phone or responds to emails.
They have filled half the order & I have no idea if they are going to follow through with the rest.
