OK. I just got my computer back on line. I moved it around in order to have the carpet cleaned. Now, this is a rental unit and is not furnished with very high quality carpet, so we did not expect too much in the way of positive results, especially since last year a "major" local carpet cleaner (steam) made such a mess. We decided to try this company. A cleaner came in, got right down to business and when he finished, the old "rag of a carpet" looked almost new. We could not ask for a cleaner carpet, short of a complete "pull-up" and replacement.
