Don't go here. I purchased the Skin Gym for 6 months and didn't see any results. Also every time I had a treatment I got contradictory advice. One week I was told IPL wasn't good for my skin type and the next time it would give me great results. I couldn't trust their professional advice and had to research what treatments were good for my skin.
I also had botox for expression lines and didn't see ANY difference.
If you want results you may need to pay a little more but at least you'll see them.
