You will have to chase these guys up every step of the way - they are NOT GOOD at communication and following up.
Constant chasing for next steps, what paperwork is needed, updates on settlement.
They ask us for paperwork that's already done and they already have. Leave requests for other paperwork until the very last minute AND then have the gall to have a go at us because time is running out.
Everything is last minute and then up to you to get done in a nano second.
Cost us a fortune in courier fees to get paperwork back and forth 'in time' because they didn't get it to us soon enough!
