Absolutely gorgeous restaurant and bar! Great range of meals that are reasonably priced! Big open space to eat and they often have live music! Staff are very friendly and are eager to serve! Overlooks the Cleveland area! Conveniently located close to a lot of other shops and has average parking!

My review is for the actual bar/pub and not the attached restaurant. If you go during the day their lunch specials are brilliant. For under ten bucks you get a decent sized lunch (Lasagne or steak sandwich for example). The food quality is very good as it is cooked in the main kitchen that serves the restaurant. They have some decent happy hours and bands play of a weekend evening. Great little local pub.

My friends kept encouraging me to try this place as it was local to us all and apparently had good food. The night I went was full of really loud people and the food was pretty average at best. The prices were good. I'm willing to try it one more time, but not overly fussed at this stage.

An amazing old Pub that has been revamped into an idyllic venue. Open and airy, this restaurant has a great selection from your typical pub grub to their huge T-Bones and scrumptious Seafood. Great place to relax on the weekend after looking through the Cleveland Farmer's markets nearby. You'll love sitting out on the huge back deck with a cold drink with friends! A must visit if you're down by the bay!

Great view. Lovely atmosphere. Meals are a well priced for the size and quality. The trio of dips is always my favourite.
The beer garden is also great and often has live music.

The Sands is a bistro / pub that serves counter meals. They have kept the place looking nice and the meals are a good price for a bistro meal. If you want to relax and have a few drinks with a group of friends over a cheap meal this is the place to go.
