I have recently changed to Click energy providers and after a terrible experience with my last provider I am over the moon with my decision. I have had an easy time with any queries. They are quick to respond to your call, easy and friendly to talk to and any issue has been seen to or resolved with speed and ease. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a better deal.

I, too, made the switch to Click about 3 months ago & so far I've found them to be great. Being one of those people who pays their bills the minute they get them, I love getting the monthly invoice. I also like that you're not restricted to paying the minimum amount, leaving less to pay on the final reconciliation. What I love the most is the savings, so far we've managed to save over $250 compared to our previous average bills from TRU... & that was in just the first 3 months. And having 3 sick people in our household, that leaves more money for the really important things.

Was alerted to click by a co worker. Excellent savings, never had any billing issue or any issue with them. Love the fact I receive my bills monthly, less to pay in one go and easier to keep track of where you're at. Rewards for early payments which is a big bonus. LOVE, LOVE LOVE.

Have been with Click for the last 2ish months.
Customer service is a bit daft though. They have options online for setting up your water etc when you move, but when asking customer service about these they said "We don't provide those services", which in fact they do! Idiotic.
Other then that though they've been great, and I get pay on time discount too.

We have been using click energy for a few months now - We have waited for a while before posting this as I wanted to see if they were as good as they said ! Well they have been great and I have been saving a lot on my energy account each month .... recommend then to anyone that would like to save on the electrical bills ....
