We have had our ducted air conditioning system which we bought from Clifford over 23 years ago, serviced & maintained by them regularly. At the latest service by Steve, it was obvious that it had, or was, approaching the end of its useful life and I asked Steve what a new replacement system would cost. He recommended a Daikin with Greenduct Ducting and got back to me with a quote that night, which we were happy to accept.
Because it was likely to be a large job, the installation was booked to be completed over 2 days.
Steve + crew (Tom and Graham) arrived on time as planned and worked like trojans throughout the day. The job went so well that it was decided to work a bit longer than usual and finish everything in one day.
From the moment we accepted the quote, we were kept fully informed firstly by Steve and Helen from the office and then by Steve at every important step during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new. And even though it was getting late, Steve took the time to give us a short demo/training session with the shiny new digital control panel.
I cannot recommend Clifford Air highly enough !!! Great product, great service and really nice people.
