The process was done in great style 2 weeks from enquiry, to call out and quote and advice on my best options, the contractors who dismantled my existing unit arrived early and John was straight away into it, very professional group who returned 3 days later to install the Daikin unit,along with other tradespeople to complete the job and left the site very clean . I went with Climat because of the great reviews and I am glad I did and with my airtouch 2+ controller it is the best remote controller via phone to keep me warm - install was 8/22 David Jones

Excellent service. A competitive quote was provided promptly with the work ready to get done within the week. Job done perfectly following all requests. Paul Mcpherson, who provided the quote had timely professional correspondence and was available until the work was completed. The installers were friendly and the Daiken split system is working well in the bedroom.
Would highly recommend using them, however, will not recommend using their online quoting service as it does not get recorded or followed up. The best way is to call them directly.

We bought a Daikin Inverter system, reverse cycle refrigerated air conditioner. Found the staff to be very friendly, very helpful and they also provided us with various ideas and quotes before we made a final decision.
Fast and efficient service, also provided a follow up visit to ensure that all was working well.
Would definately use them again in the next house.
